SecurePay Delivery in detail

What happens at every stage.

1

Start with a clear agreement

Who it is for

SecurePay is for buyers and sellers who have already agreed on a deal — private sales, dealer sales, auctions and business-to-business equipment sales.

What gets agreed

Price, a written description of the vehicle and its condition, what is included, who pays transport and fees, and the length of the inspection window.

2

Verification before any money moves

Identity checks

We confirm the identity of both buyer and seller and that the payer's details match the invoice.

Ownership checks

We compare the title or registration with the VIN or HIN, confirm the seller is the owner, and look for lien indicators where records are available.

3

Official agreement and invoice

One document for both sides

Buyer and seller sign the same SecurePay agreement, so the rules are known before anything happens.

Official invoice

The invoice shows the purchase price, the SecurePay fee and the transport price separately.

4

Protected payment

Bank transfer only

The buyer pays by wire or ACH transfer into our segregated client account — never into a personal account. Always confirm payment instructions by phone using the number on this website.

Funds secured

Once the payment clears, both parties are notified and the transport is scheduled.

5

Transport you can follow

Documented pickup

The vehicle is inspected and photographed at pickup, and the report is shared with both parties.

Live status

Every update — picked up, in transit, delivered — appears on the tracking page with an estimated delivery date.

6

Inspection, acceptance and release

Inspection window

The buyer has the agreed number of days (1–14) to check the vehicle against the description.

Release or resolve

When the buyer accepts, or the window ends without a dispute, the funds are released to the seller. If the vehicle is not as described, the money stays protected while the issue is resolved under the signed agreement.

Payment-on-delivery services are provided subject to a written agreement signed by buyer and seller, and only in jurisdictions where we are authorized to provide them. Funds are held in a segregated account.
