02 SecurePay Delivery
The money moves
when the vehicle does.
Selling a boat to a buyer three states away? Buying a dozer you have never seen in person? We hold the buyer’s funds while we transport the unit, the buyer inspects on delivery, and the seller is paid only after acceptance. One company handles the money and the move.
- 01Agreement
Buyer and seller sign one agreement: price, unit description, inspection window.
- 02Buyer funds
The buyer pays into our segregated account. The seller sees the funds are secured.
- 03We haul
We pick up, document condition with photos and track the unit to the buyer.
- 04Inspect
The buyer inspects on delivery within the agreed window.
- 05Seller paid
On acceptance we release the funds to the seller. Done.

05 Questions
Straight answers.
Can't find yours? Call dispatch or send us a message.
How is the price of transport calculated?
Price depends on distance, vehicle size and weight, trailer type (open, enclosed, lowboy, etc.), whether the unit runs, permits required and how flexible your dates are. Request a quote and a dispatcher will confirm a firm price — no hidden fuel surcharges.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your load is booked you receive a tracking number. Enter it on the Track page to see status, location updates and the delivery estimate. If a SecurePay transaction is linked, you will see the payment status there too.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. Every carrier we dispatch must carry active cargo and liability insurance, which we verify before each load. Ask your dispatcher for a certificate of insurance for your shipment.
How does SecurePay (payment on delivery) work?
The buyer sends funds to our secured account before pickup. We transport the unit, the buyer inspects it at delivery, and once the buyer accepts — or the inspection window ends without a dispute — we release the funds to the seller.
What happens if the buyer rejects the vehicle?
If the item is materially different from the agreed description, the buyer can open a dispute during the inspection window. Funds stay held while we review documentation and photos from pickup and delivery, and are released or refunded according to the signed agreement.
Do you move non-running vehicles and equipment?
Yes. Let us know when you request a quote so we dispatch a carrier with a winch, forklift or loading equipment as needed.
