Dreckmans Auto Transport LLC · Last updated October 7, 2026
Last updated: 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every quote, booking, storage agreement and SecurePay transaction with Dreckmans Auto Transport LLC, doing business as Dreckmans Auto Transport ("we", "us"). By requesting a quote or booking a service you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We arrange and perform the transport of motor vehicles, motorcycles, boats, recreational vehicles, heavy equipment and similar units within the contiguous United States, offer vehicle storage, and — where permitted — payment-on-delivery services ("SecurePay"). Operating authority: USDOT 0000000 · MC 000000.
2. Quotes and bookings
- Quotes are based on the information you provide (dimensions, weight, condition, locations and dates). Inaccurate information may change the price.
- A booking is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation with the price, pickup window and carrier details.
- Pickup and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, road conditions, permits and safety rules.
3. Your responsibilities
- Remove personal items, toll tags and loose accessories. We are not responsible for personal property left in the unit.
- Disclose any mechanical issue, leak, modification or non-running condition before pickup.
- Ensure someone is available at pickup and delivery to sign the condition report (bill of lading).
4. Inspection, damage and claims
The unit is inspected and photographed at pickup and delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery report and reported to us in writing within 48 hours. Claims are handled under the cargo insurance of the carrier, subject to its terms and deductibles.
5. Payment and cancellation
Payment terms are stated on your confirmation. Cancellations after a carrier has been dispatched may incur a dry-run or cancellation fee, which will be disclosed in advance.
6. Storage
Storage is subject to the storage agreement signed at check-in, including the documents we require (ID, proof of ownership and insurance). Unpaid storage may result in a lien as permitted by law.
7. SecurePay
Payment-on-delivery transactions are governed by the separate SecurePay Terms and the written agreement signed by buyer and seller.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value stated on the bill of lading and to direct damages. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
